Highway 7 and County Road / Highway 41 Intersection Improvements
The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained Stantec to complete the Detail Design for improvements to the Highway 7 and County Road / Highway 41 intersection in Kaladar. A Preliminary Design and MTO Class Environmental Assessment (MTO Class EA) study for the intersection improvements was completed in 2009. That study recommended realignment of County Road 41.
This project also includes the Preliminary Design of a new crossing of the Trans Canada Trail at the new County Road 41 alignment.
The project will be carried out in accordance with the MTO Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities, 2000, as a Group B Project.
