Preliminary Design Study

In 2009, MTO completed a Preliminary Design and MTO Class EA for the Highway 7 and County Road / Highway 41 intersection.

The TESR was completed in 2009 and includes a summary of the public consultation, analysis and evaluation of intersection alternatives, public and agency comments, and the Recommended Plan including commitments to mitigate any residual effects of the project.
